What to expect at drop-off
Move-in day means more luggage than a normal visit and a tight arrival window your school assigns you. Tell us your flight number and your assigned move-in time, and your driver plans the route accordingly — including the reality that dorm loading zones are congested and time-limited on move-in day itself, so we build in the right vehicle size from the start rather than discovering it's too small at the curb.
Do you help with dorm supply runs?
Yes — many families ask for a stop at Target or IKEA on the way to the dorm, or right after drop-off, to pick up bedding, storage bins, or anything that didn't make the flight. Mention this when you book and Mandy will build the stop into your quote; it's a normal and welcome addition to a move-in booking, not a special request.
Family Weekend

Family Weekend is a multi-stop, multi-day occasion — hotel to campus in the morning, campus to a restaurant for dinner, hotel again at night, and the same pattern the next day before an airport drop-off. Booking this as separate rides is exactly the kind of thing that goes wrong when everyone's trying to coordinate a rideshare app in a second language. Stanford

Berkeley in particular draws heavy traffic on its Family Weekend and graduation dates, so earlier booking is genuinely worth it there.

Graduation weekend usually means more family than any other visit — parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, all flying in for the one occasion nobody wants to miss. It's also the highest-demand weekend on any Bay Area campus calendar, which means booking early matters more here than for any other occasion on this page.
